I went in thinking my in-store pickup would be quick, but I ended up waiting longer than I expected. The staff was okay and nobody was rude, but it still felt slower than it should have for something that was already ordered ahead.
The store was clean and my order was correct, so I can’t say it was a bad visit. I just didn’t love having to stand around, keep checking, and basically do extra waiting-work when I thought I’d be in and out.

Everything was right with my order, I just needed a little time to go through it and make sure. Compared to some other companies I’ve tried, this was a smoother experience and the details were actually correct, which I appreciated.

The place was fine overall, but the selection could be better. I don’t know, there’s something about it that felt a little limited compared to what I was expecting.

I stopped in kind of on a whim, and the place just had a really nice feel to it. Not too loud, not trying too hard, not that weird overly fancy vibe where you feel like you have to whisper or know exactly what you’re doing. It was clean, the lighting was good, and I don’t know, it just felt easy to be there.

Everything felt safe and laid back, and that matters more than people realize. I’d definitely go back, even just because the atmosphere made the whole visit feel simple and comfortable

Support didn’t get back to me right away, which was a little frustrating, but yeah, they did end up fixing it and kept me in the loop once they got going. Not exactly a perfect experience, but overall it was fair enough. I’d probably give them another try, as long as things go a bit smoother next time.

Okay, I was way happier than I expected to be. The cookies tasted so fresh and soft, like they had just been made, and not even a tiny bit dry. I’m not saying they changed my life, but I was definitely sitting there dramatically appreciating every bite.

They do have some decent discounts every now and then, but I’m not always sure if I’m actually getting a good deal or just thinking I am. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it can be a little hard to tell sometimes. It’s okay overall, though I feel like it could definitely be better

I ended up needing a refund because there was a problem with my order from Cookiesdispensary. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, they did, but it took a little longer than I was hoping. They explained what info they needed, so at least I wasn’t left totally guessing.

In the end, they handled it fairly and I got my money back. It took a couple extra days, which was a bit frustrating, a bit annoying but they didn’t ignore me or make it difficult just to get it sorted

I was happy with the strain options here. They had a few picks I don’t usually come across, which was a nice surprise. I do wish some of them had a bit more info listed, but overall it was a good experience. I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out if you like browsing different strains...

It actually looked just like regular mail, so it didn’t stand out at all. Nobody noticed anything unusual, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
